CARE & USE
These easy usage tips can help you get maximum product from containers, pans or tubs.
- Hold the newly designed, flexible EZ handle comfortably in the palm of right or left hand.
- Place the bowl across the surface of the food at a 45° angle and draw toward you.
- Let the disher do the work.
- When the bowl is full, turn the disher and lift from pan or carton.
- Turn bowl slightly upward to help hold product in bowl.
- Slightly turn bowl over and squeeze lightly with hand or thumb action for fast release.

These cleaning tips will help get long life from the Zeroll ® Universal EZ Disher.
- Be sure to get food out of blade, gears and handle.
- Rinse disher in running water.
- Look for the grain lines on stainless steel and scrub parallel to them.
- If you see no grain, use soft cloth or plastic scouring pad.
- Use alkaline, alkaline chlorinated or non-chloride cleaners.
- Avoid cleaners with quaternary salts or chloride.
- You may want to treat your water with water softeners or filters to reduce corrosive elements that can harm equipment.
- RINSE, RINSE, RINSE, then wipe down and air dry.
